Terms & Conditions

  1. The delivery charge for each gift is a flat rate of $15.00 for one delivery.
  2. You MUST give a Complete Street Address & Correct Zip Code. Correct Apartment or Suite Number. Correct City & State. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER ERROR

    WE DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES, APOs OR FPOs

    Customer is charged $10.00 for each correction.

  3. UPS is our delivery service. Deliveries are made only to mainland United States. Not to Alaska, Hawaii or to any foreign countries.
  4. All orders are processed for payment and delivery in the order that they are received at "NUTS ON CLARK". We cannot promise a specific date for delivery.
  5. All orders are shipped by ground. Because of climate and seasonal changes we will not promise a specific date for delivery. Excluding legal holidays, allow a minimum of 7 working days for delivery, from date order is placed
  6. UPS makes up to 3 attempts to make a successful delivery and will then hold the package in their distribution center for up to 3 days. If nobody picks it up, it will be returned to "NUTS ON CLARK".
  7. IF WE CANNOT DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE
    You are welcome to pick up the returned package, or we will ship it to you for an additional $15.00 shipping charge.

To maintain freshness, "NUTS ON CLARK" does not pre-pack or warehouse gifts. As our product is of a perishable nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

"NUTS ON CLARK" WILL HAVE FULFILLED ALL OBLIGATIONS FOR THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PROPERLY ADDRESSED ORDER WHEN UPS PROVIDES PROOF OF PACKAGE DELIVERY.

  1. All "NUTS ON CLARK" stores make FRESH popcorn products in small batches daily.
  2. All "NUTS ON CLARK" FRESHLY MADE popcorn products are packed and shipped in air-tight tins.
  3. You must not refrigerate, freeze, reheat or microwave any of our products.
  4. To keep popcorn products fresh after opening your bag, keep away from humidity, heat, climate and temperature changes.
  5. Store "NUTS ON CLARK" products in an air tight container at room temperature.
  6. When you purchase a bag of "NUTS ON CLARK" freshly made cord products, BE AWARE THAT AFTER BAG IS OPENED your corn product like any other "NUTS ON CLARK" product is like any other perishable product such as cookies, bread, ice cream, etc.
