Shipping FAQs 
- “Nuts on Clark” delivers by FedEx Home Delivery to continental U.S.A addresses only.
- “Nuts on Clark” does not deliver to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses, Hawaii, Canada or other countries. 
- All orders are shipped by FedEx Ground.
- The delivery charge per gift is the flat rate of $9.95.
- SHIPPING WEIGHT is per package weight rounded up to next whole pound. 
- Gifts are prepared and sent in the order they are received at "Nuts on Clark" We do not hold orders for future delivery.
- Package tracking is available 24 hours after you place your order.
For Delivery:
- Please provide give a complete Street Address & Correct Zip Code. 
- Please provide correct Apartment Number or Suite Number.
- We are not responsible for correcting incorrect addresses provided. 
- We guarantee delivery only to correct addresses provided by customer.

Shipping Exceptions:
- Due to climate, nationwide shipping delays, weather delays and seasonal conditions throughout the United States, we are not responsible for delayed shipments. 
- After order processing, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday). 
- Orders of more than one gift may arrive at their destination over multiple days.
- "Nuts on Clark" products are food, therefore there are no refunds or exchanges.
- Chocolate items will not be sent during hot weather months. We therefore will substitute an equal value, popular item for the chocolate product.
- If we cannot deliver your package you are welcome to pick up the returned package at our Clark Street location located at 3830 N. Clark Street Chicago Illinois 60613, or we will ship it to you for an additional $9.95 shipping charge.
- "Nuts on Clark" will have fulfilled all obligations of your properly addressed order when FedEx provides proof of package delivery. Market prices prevail. Prices are subject to change.
